If great health were something
we can simply buy off the store shelf, we would all have it, I think.  
But that's perhaps like trying to go the store and buy a kit for $100, to be Michael Jordan or Harrison Ford...
Great health probably must be
CRAFTED like a PICASSO PAINTING....

Why CRAFTED?  
I believe our health
is 95% tied to our EMOTIONS (fear and anger),
NOT our diet, level of exercise,
amount of fat we ingest, and so on....

The PROBLEM is, though, 
that diet and exercise ... are EASY to work on,
but FEAR and ANGER are a MASSIVE project,
in comparison:

We would LIKE to say,
to a great "talent",
"WHAT TYPE of TOOTHPASTE do you use?",
or,
"Which CAR INSURANCE COMPANY do you have?"
or to ask our favorite author,
"WHAT BRAND of PENS did you use in WRITING
your "GREAT AMERICAN NOVEL"?
